Shipping Policies

We ship orders from Monday-Friday via USPS and UPS (we are closed on all major holidays). We aim to ship most orders 1-3 business days after they are placed. Also, please keep in mind that our lead times are not included in the estimated shipping times provided to you at checkout by our shipping partners (UPS, USPS, etc.). If you need an order expedited, please select the appropriate shipping service at checkout and either send us an email or call us to let us know about the urgency of the order, and we will do our best to accommodate.

International Customers

Please note that while we do ship internationally via UPS, USPS, and DHL, we strongly recommend selecting USPS or DHL at checkout, if possible. UPS charges significant customs fees in some countries (which are charged to the customer). Thus, to ensure a cheap and efficient delivery, please select USPS or DHL at checkout. 

Tax

Orders shipped within Colorado will be charged sales tax. All other orders will not.
